PoI_MineCrk1The Mine Creek Battlefield Foundation is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based organization headquartered in Pleasanton, Kan. It is operated by an eight-member board of directors with representation from both Linn and Bourbon counties. Through a cooperative agreement with the Kansas State Historical Society, the foundation works to promote the significance of the Battle of Mine Creek, as well as to preserve the land upon which the battle took place.
